A more recent sector focus for Wahackme Group is in advising the private
equity sector. After years of calling on over 700 participants in the private equity, VC, hedge fund and LBO markets with
transactions for clients, we have found a receptive audience in the PE world for advisory services. While many bankers try
to obtain exclusive sales and IPO's for portfolio companies of these funds, we are working with PE firms on raising capital
on specific transactions. This phenomena is being driven by the tax, regulatory and LP changes in the industry. We believe
there is an interesting and growing niche for these services as many funds convert to fundless sponsors.
